Exploring Parkland Landscapes and Buildings

Slough's historic Victorian park, Herschel Park, is undergoing major restoration with help of a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. This exhibition shows how the Park and its buildings revealed their original Gardenesque design. It also illustrates the architecture of the Upton Park residences, which were originally linked with this landscaped park. Slough Borough Council Planning Service will also officially launch its Upton Conservation Area Character Survey during the week of the exhibition.
